Classes are held on the last Sunday of the month. We start at 09:45 with tea/toast and a description of how the day will unfold. There will be a brief demo before we get right into baking 3 – 4 fabulous home made Artisan loaves. Everything you bake you can take home so please bring a large bag. A vegetarian lunch will be provided along with all the course notes and materials you will need to recreate what you have learned in your own home. Classes are limited to 4 students, this allows me to customise the learning experience to each individuals skill level so everyone will come away from the day learning something new and with a new found love for baking tasty, organic bread.

Italian Breads £75.00 per person

Italian Breads are predominately Foccacia/Ciabatta/Pizza, a semolina bread and Baguette. I know this is not Italian but it does not fit any other course .
A great family day as the skill level is not as great as the other breads, but boy oh boy they are delicious .

Sourdough Course £85

October 11th 2020 
The sourdough course covers how to start a “Mother”. I will give you some of my “Mother” and you will discover how to maintain the “Mother”.
We will make a sourdough loaf and 3 Long Ferment Breads from Ferment, Poolish and aged Dough.
The day starts at 09.45 and depending on the rise of the dough, can finish anywhere from 4pm-6pm – You cant rush mother nature!
Everything is supplied from Tea/Toast in the morning to the finished baked Goodies. This year I will have only one date as it is the least sought after course that I do.

Other courses

I can do a |Sweet/Enriched Dough course please contact me to arrange a date. £95.00 per person the cost of the indigents are high, that is why the day is more expensive that the other courses.

The Courses are an ideal Hen/Stag/Birthday/Anniversary/Retirement day to remember. I can teach parties of 6 if you are friends/family who do not mind a slower pace of class.

We do a personalised gift Voucher to either cover the whole cost of a course or a part payment and the participant settles the balance on the day.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase.
